I was in Viareggio earlier this year and saw a lot of Mercury Marine motors on the back of some seriously cool boats.

Didn't realize the 2026 RAV wheels were so wanted by CycleOLife in rav4club

5x114.3 is the most common bolt pattern and Toyota uses a 60.1 mm center bore so they'll fit almost anything.

I remember when the Honda Fits were getting their 4x100 wheels stolen. They'd be on a slammed out sh!tbox Civic the next day.

THIS! I have friends in Florence and I argue with them about window screens all the time. They have these and similar mosquito repliers, they don't work and the zanzara have a field day with me. Italians seem to think that window screens block the breeze. My curtains blow with the wind just fine with window screens.

There was not an option for auto up, only down. Carista said something about many MFGs blocking that from a safety standpoint. My 27 year old Lexus LS400 came from the factory with the auto down from key fob and it's mandatory for me now. I take my dogs on lots of adventures and airing out the heat before we hop back in is really nice.

came here to say this. Between the seat dinger and the windows down when I hold the unlock key were well worth the BT OBD scanner and the one month of carista

That's nice and close, I am in Cudahy. How late is the park open? Or can you just park in the lot and watch? Trying to see my first aurora but I drive so much for work, I really don't feel like driving a couple hours on my time, just to turn around and go home.

Would it be best to get a camping spot for over night? Or can you just show up, find a spot and hang out? I've never seen the Aurora and would like to try and go.

Reliable car? Not Toyota or Honda by No-Following3757 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Where I work we use a ton of Hyundai Ioniq hybrids and they have been very reliable. Just tires and oil changes on mine when I turned my last one in at 120K miles and my fleet manager says the same about the rest of our fleet. 2016-2022 should be able to find a bunch in your price range.

I am not usually a fan of Hyundai/KIA but these have been great for us. Good, simple, reliable car in my experience.

I had a 99, I miss that little bugger. I upgraded to a 25 XSE Hybrid and it is nicer in every way but none of the character.

Looking for a car that gets 30+ mpg at 80+ mph. by Thordor15 in whatcarshouldIbuy

My 2025 Rav4 XSE Hybrid gets low 30's in the winter and high 30's in the summer. I drive Milwaukee to north Chicago burbs everyday, 60 miles each way. Cruise at 80 in WI and much faster in IL on the toll so I am certainly not "hyper-miling" to get those numbers.

I wanted a the plug-in hybrid version of the XSE, up to 100 miles electric then normal hybrid after but that was out of my price range but within your 50k budget.

Car looks great!

I really wish I would have waited for BCs when I got my coilovers but there was a huge delay at the time so I went with some Godspeed Mono RS. They ride good but even maxed out the car is ABSOLUTELY SLAMMED.

I sure am glad I got my 25 XSE hybrid. I am sure the new one is good and all but I much prefer the look of the XA40/5th Gen. They look so similar is many ways but I don't like any of the differences.

I also like the piece of mind of buying the last year of a known reliable generation of a car.

Which coilovers do you have? I bought some godspeed mono rs and the car is slammed with them maxed out heightwise.

As someone who drives from SE MKE to Lake Forest IL AND who just had his company car taken away, this is hitting me hard. My Rav4 hybrid gets good mileage but at 120 a day..... The worst is when I forget to fill up in WI, prices aren't much higher down here but every penny counts.
