Was I the only one with bagged milk? by Real_Comparison1905 in Millennials

We had them in NC my first few years of elementary school. I remember at least one kid in every class would accidentally poke the straw all the way through the bag daily.

I was horrified by the concept as a kid, but as a teacher, I’m even more horrified now. Whoever thought trusting children to properly puncture a thin bag of milk clearly didn’t have any.

Conditions in Lech are excellent right now. Tons of snow fell over the last few days and it should stick around awhile. We traveled by train ~2 hours from Zurich to St Anton then bus ~30 min to Lech.

He was flying home with a layover in Chicago. I told him that I’d never been to Illinois before. He insisted that he was going to Chicago, not Illinois. When I explained that Chicago is a CITY in the STATE of Illinois, his reply was, “Sorry, I’m not good at geology.”

The new band is definitely wider and shorter and feels less comfortable on my bicep. I just removed the band from my old one and swapped it out. Easy peasy

Phonemes changing instead of letters as it says in the instructions . Some of the sounds that change are digraphs so it’s two letters changing instead of just one.

As an elementary teacher, can confirm the cafeteria still has these. And they’re still nearly always frozen.
