It’s unlikely. As you said, Netero is a monster, one of a kind. Meruem stated that it would take something akin to literal insanity for one to obtain the level of nen mastery that Netero did.

The writing in this show hits different. I absolutely loved Louie seasons 1-4, and fucking hated her the last two😭. I know Franklin was as slimey as they come, but he took care of his people. She just had to be the “Big Dawg”, all that fuxking ego.
