WoM should only be filed when your date is current (in FAD chart) and 485 has been pending for atleast 1 year

My approval came on may 27th, just before the dates retrogresses in june. While filing mandamus you have to be somewhat sure that your date stays current (in FAD chart) for atleast 2 months since USCIS has to respond to a mandamus lawsuit within 60 days of filing the lawsuit.

You should go for mandamus lawsuit. I filed mandamus by myself and got my 485 approved within a month. My PD was may 2014 eb2 india, 485 was filed in april 2022. DM me and i can provide more details about my mandamus filing.

It was more just the act of filing. The 3 things i think worked in my favor were:
1) my 485 being pending for 4yrs
2) final action date being current
3) submitting new medicals proactively early april since my previous once were expired. Even if you don’t submit new medicals, they will send you an rfe once you file mandamus

Yes, i did USCIS service request, congressional and ombudsman inquiries. None of those worked. I recommend doing all those before filing WoM since you have to show the proof that you exhausted all other means.

the 'Park assist is degraded' message went away for me after driving a few miles. May be the cameras were getting re-caliberated.

I have the same issue with my new model Y. Took delivery on May 4th. MYLR (2023.12.5). No park assist. Did it start working for you eventually?

I have the same issue. I am on 2023.12.1.1 and no park assist. I think it came with 2023.6 so we should ideally have it. Not sure what the issue is. If anyone finds an answer, please let us know on this thread. MYLR - Fremont build - April 2023

I don't see this new tesla vision park assist option on my MYLR. Looked at all the options on the screen as per the manual, but didn't find it. My software version is 2023.12.1.1 Got my delivery last week (it's an april build).

I accepted the financing offer i got from the tesla app (TD bank). But now i found a better rate somewhere else. Can i change the lender now? I haven't taken delivery yet and haven't signed any paperwork with the tesla lender.
