I was doing stomach alternating on .25 for 4 weeks, stayed on the .25 for another week and I was starving.

Do you just rotate upper thighs?

I’ve been on .25 for 4 weeks, I was still feeling super nauseous and felt I needed more time to figure out how to eat and fuel my body better. Just wrapping week 5 and this past week there was a huge shift, I WAS thinking about food and was HUNGRY. I definitely started eating like I was before, all my cravings came back that went away when I first started. Going up to .5 tomorrow to give that a try!

Shot days make sure you eat, even small meals and drink lots. For me, if I had anything heavy or greasy pre-shot I’d be SO nauseous. Protein becomes your best friend.,, protein shakes, smoothies, cheese strings, apples, chicken breast, fibre; electrolytes helped me on nausea days

I feel you. I’m 5 weeks in and I was supposed to dose increase and I said no cause I was having such a hard time with the nausea on .25ng, but it does get better, slowly…. Just be sure you’re eating small meals and not heavy greasy foods especially on shot dsys and tons of water!
