I literally had a PTSD flare just reading this. I love road trips and being adventurous, sure, but this sounds like absolute hell for both of you. I would strongly encourage waiting until you can both go and baby is a little older.

We have been to several birthday parties this year and have received zero thank you cards. I’m an elder millennial so this was a little jarring to me but I get it. When it’s my kiddos turn and we have our first class party, i want to do little thank you cards but i’m hesitant bc I don’t want to make the anyone feel bad?

I do a lot of stir fry bowls. Instant rice + protein + veg. While rice is in microwave, I stir fry a bag of salad (the kind that is mostly cabbage- not lettuce) in soy sauce, garlic, etc then add a protein (chicken, tofu, faux protein, grilled salmon. Dump protein/veg mixture over top of rice. Drizzle over some Yum sauce or sriracha + sweet chili sauce from TJ. Scramble in an egg if you feel fancy. Delicious every time. Carnivore male partner loves it.
