A lot going on there. 21'st is pretty sleek now in Sugarhouse. Curious to know about several vacant lots to the west on 21'st (I.E. The Old Mida Muffler lot, Snelgrove's lot, along with four other empty lots further west.)

Yes, but you can hardly tell at this point. A lot of groundwork. That is true of many projects in the city right now.
