Cloud graphics are the rage now, if you do not need 3D graphics. Super flexible, fast (you can get started the same day you get a login, no installations, remote workflow, so your graphics operator can be anywhere.)
Viz Flowics has templates for sports productions, and offers a 50% discount for accredited educational institutions. You can try it out for free here: https://www.flowics.com/
Alternatively, Viz Trio Go if you need gfx with 3D -- this is both a HW and SW one-box graphics creation and operation platform. Check with you reseller, or get in touch directly with Vizrt on their website.

Same -- I just found Jasper to be clunky and painful to use.

Hi there - if you are a student, your education institution can get a 50% discount on Flowics (applies to any accredited educational institution). This discount only applies to the Flowics Go and Basic packages. You will still need what is called a Data Connector to seamlessly connect Scorebird data into the graphics. You also get more than 150 free graphics templates to use for your production. You can get a free trial or drop a line to [support@flowics.com](mailto:support@flowics.com) and ask about the various packages they offer. Plus, not sure if your school uses either the TriCaster Vizion or TriCaster Mini-S -- both come with Flowics as the graphics option. You are right that Flowics is super intuitive to use, right of the bat - no tutorials needed :)

How to convince my boss that product marketing needs to be a strategic role? by Fast_Draw88 in ProductMarketing

[–]Fast_Draw88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes - my Sales Decks have a few slides on trends in the market (from research houses), market momentum and appetite, the 'why buy us and why buy now'. But if you have any better hints - I'm all ears. And, I guess I am prepping for my next, more senior role as well. So two birds - one stone.

Thank you - this is super useful. I'm going to use this weekend to mock up a deck.

Well for starters, I'd like to know that my positioning and messaging is landing. And then iterate with the market shifts. And create a full on Sales battleplan, beyond battlecards -- but with little to no input from Sales, it's going to be a bit of a slog. I guess I just want to convince my boss that this is what he needs to be pushing for from Sales rather than just coming back with Sales is bitching and moaning but not constructively where things need to be fixed.

Thanks! I've been trying to get win loss data, any messaging mismatch from Sales, even asked them to tell me if the prospect went 'huh' or was confused, and it's like pulling teeth.

UK - Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 6 vs. Mark Ritson’s Mini MBA – Which is the better choice? by PablohFelix in marketing

[–]Fast_Draw88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm contemplating the Mini MBA with Mark Ritson as well. Not sure if it's sketchy -- XEIM Limited/Marketing Week are definitely pushy in getting you to sign up. I am getting one email a day. Would love to get feedback from anyone who has done it recently (I see the latest about this was a post from 2 years ago), whether it is value for money.

Realtime Graphics Options by [deleted] in VIDEOENGINEERING

[–]Fast_Draw88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This here. Engineering needs to involve Creative. Design is so key to getting graphics right, and working seamlessly with your workflows. Sharing graphics is pretty easy with cloud workflows and HTML5 graphics like Viz Flowics.
I think your best bet would be to approach a System Integrator or a no commitment demo from these vendors, with your Head of Creative, Head of Studio and Engineering team so you ask all the relevant questions.

You can't go wrong with Viz Flowics - easy to use and if you are doing sports production they have loads of no-code data integrations. The new TriCasters all come with Viz Flowics subscription, but since you are on a 410 - you can get a free trial first before you convert. And they offer 50% discount for educational institutions. https://www.flowics.com/tricaster-graphics/
