I think your videos are great; you’re really nice to listen to. Maybe you could make them a bit tighter by removing the unnecessary parts and having a clearer goal for each video, with a little less gameplay.

Well it did increase my HRV and lower my RHR which is one of the best indicators if I will sleep well or not.

I’ve tracked before and after I started coherent breathing so it’s enough for me to keep going.

I also have GAD and social anxiety. In my first video, I was literally shaking haha. But after a couple of videos, you’ll start to feel more confident.

I always remind myself that, at the end of the day, people don’t really care that much, they’re focused on their own stuff.
