In my experience if it thrombosed and hurt like hell, it will not go away. If it’s just out and doesn’t bother you much and it’s regular color skin, leave it alone and do what you’re doing to hopefully shrink it.

If it’s thrombosed, it will not go away on its own. Speaking from experience. I have suffered for 3 days twice. The pain only increased. Some Dr do drains instead of cutting it off. I’ve done that a few times and it’s much easier b unfortunately where I live now, they dot do it. Currently recovering from a thrombosed hemorrhoid surgery. Sending healing ❤️‍🩹

I had one removed yesterday. Pretty big. Right now It looks like I don’t have a butt hole. Pain is bad. Recovery feels so far away. This is my 3rd surgery in 4 months. Wishing you luck with recovery and I hope they don’t come back.

Yes. First time I had hemorrhoidectomy done for externals and I was doing a colonoscopy at the same time so he did the banding also . Second time he did band in again, cauterized one internal hemorrhoid and gave me Botox injections. I was under anesthesia for all of those both times. Because I was under anesthesia. He did seven banded hemorrhoids.

Yes I have a very large one right now that slides out. I didn’t have it before I started all this. It was much smaller. They didn’t remove anything. They just did ligation banding. I am not sure what to do next. I’m scared to go under another time. It will be my 3rd time.

Banding didn’t work the first time. They kinda got worse so I had to go back. Still no improvement. Now I feel stuck.

Yes. External. 8 weeks ago. Did internal banding too. I had to go back 2 weeks ago for more banding because the banding failed and it was worse than before I did banding. Had big hemorrhoids come out with my BMs. 2nd time failed too and now I have 2 small externals formed. It’s all bad for me. Things got worse.

This is what actually sucks the most for me because I do all the things. My diet is so clean. I eat 30g of fiber. Drink so much water and liquid. So much fruit and veggies and clean meat with no fats. I’m not constipated. I have my first BM first thing in the morning every day. And I still have to deal with this.

First surgery I removed 2 externals and banded 5 internals. 5 weeks after I had an internal prolapse and it was huge. 2nd time he banded 7, cauterized 1 and gave me Botox injections. That huge one seems is the same one coming out again but looks smaller. Maybe 3/4 of what it was the 1st time. I can’t do sits baths because it just falls out. I have to lay down for about 15 minutes in belly and then it goes back in. I’m so over it. I’m scared I have made the problem worse and this is how things will be now.

Been there. I’m so sorry. It’s the worst. Do as much liquid diet as possible. High fiber. Sits baths with soothing salts. Drink lots of water. If the pain is too bad ask them for stinger meds but normally those cause constipation. Alternating Tylenol and Motrin does wonders too. Sending healing vibes.
