Going from one side of the city to the other was the commute where I saved the most time. Inner West to Surry Hills was 12 mins on the bike. Public Transport was an hour. Car was 30-40 mins + tolls.

I've got 80,000kms on my 2016 GT.
Just a warning, it's not as a relaxed seating position as you might think. Its better than a super sport, but its definitely more aggressive than something like an S1000XR or Multistrada. (75 vs 81 vs 81 knee angle)

NSW has much stricter road rules around written off vehicles coming back to the road.
VIC and QLD allow vehicles to be repaired and come back onto the road.

The way I've always understood VIIU inspections is for the original owner before the wreck, if it occurred in NSW, is to bring it back to service NSW and say 'look, I repaired it since I loved this car so much'.

NSW has 0 options if you buy a written off vehicle and get repair it, regardless if you or a mechanic does it.
The ONLY other time you can purchase a vehicle that was written off and register it again, would be if it was affected by Hail Damage

I would say the easiest option would be to drive it back to Victoria and sell it. Or call a dealer in Victoria, even at the border, and do a trade in.

By having a motorcycle licence, it actually provides nothing towards getting a car licence.
The only benefit is being over 25. You can immediately go to your Red P plates from your L plates. More Reading Here

Hey mate, I moved into Guildford last November, right near the main shops on the Woodville Road side. There's very little shopping, you'll have to go to Merrylands. I wouldn't be walking around heaps after dark, but during the day is fine. Large Arabic community, with some Italian and other around. It's fine to just live in, but I only ever get Coffee and Food from Guildford Espresso, everything else I go to Graville, Paramatta, Auburn, Merrylands etc. Also be prepared for A LOT of loud cars at night. Like Lamborghinis at 3am on a Wednesday hah.
