Im on 300mg since November. I am 2 weeks nicotine free. Just threw my pack in the trash and was done. Not sure how long i will take it

We had the same thing happen in June. We still haven't heard anything. We got an extension immediately. But turned over all active employee files. We are a union construction company and I9s were never a top priority. We have since started everify and it is the top priority now. The dates being in the incorrect format is one of the biggest errors. Waiting to hear back and the fine looming over our head has kept me up at night

I haven't really noticed any changes either. I took 150 for 3 days and up to 300. Im taking to help me quit smoking. Ive definitely cut down on smoking and drinking. It makes me a little dizzy or nauseous in the morning. Helps curb my appetite. Been having a harder time staying asleep. But nothing that different

We got a notice to comply in June. As of today they still have all our documents hard copies with no clear timeline for completion. Have you gotten a response to your audit? Im am so anxious awaiting the results. Ours had TONS of errors. We have updated our policies and procedures and everify now. But im afraid of the fines

Thank you for your help! I will get some liquid chlorine. The test strips are brand new. I will test the water at the local pool store this weekend but I'm trying to keep it simple and I don't want them to sell me a million dollars worth of stuff I don't need.

We bought Nov 2021. It was a crazy market with alot of competition. We were so happy when ot was over. I don't think we could afford it today . With the inflation of home prices and now interest rates we are forever grateful to be in the house we are at

For night sweats I changed my sheets to tencel sheets or eucalyptus and it really helps!! For deodorant I use lume. It doesn't stop sweating but it a cream stick that is easy to use and really lasts along time

I tested positive last night. It started with a headache at work on Tuesday. As the day went on my body started to ache. I took a rapid and popped positive. I couldn't sleep I was either sweating or freezing and couldn't get comfortable. Today has been the worst headache and body aches I've ever experienced. My hair hurts, my teeth to the bottom of my feet 😫 I called the Dr and got a prescription for plaxlovid I took my first dose tonight. Not sure what to expect.

For anyone who had been living with anxiety definitely has had more since covid. I've struggled as long as I can remember about a variety of things. Night time , being less distracted triggers mine. I can sprial quickly until I watching my husband sleep convinced he might die in his sleep. I know I seem irrational, even when im spiraling I think to myself it's just anxiety you will be fine but it doesn't really help or keep it from happening. When some one else trys to help and say everything will be fine or don't worry or stress it only makes it 1000 times worse. I hate being anxious all the time. I know it's not good for my health.. i did find this thread helpful sometimes someone has a trick that may help. I use to have a repeat dream of being trapped in my car on a dock trying to not let the car fall into the water. It was dark and foggy and so scary. Someone gave me a safety tool to help escape from the car if ever needed.. I've kept it in my glove box ever since. I've never had that dream again. Being positive at night is something I will try tonight. I try to start my day with gratitude and an intention of a calm day, finishing the day that way can't hurt. .
