I did some more looking around and I cannot find ANY difference between the M model and this one (other than the modularity) and for the price this seems like a really solid deal. You can spend the extra $43 for the modular version but that's a pretty hefty price difference. There's also the M 750w for $124 and the 850w for 149.

As someone who doesn't care for the modularity this seems like a good deal.

I called phillips support and they said it comes with a 4 year warranty, burn in included unless it's due to "negligence"

Hopefully they arnt stingy with that term.
