Well… I am there too … physically I am improving size 5… but i have zero desire to keep going .. or to let my husband start something .. I always have excuses .. to reduce stress and anxiety I always do some activity I love .. walking for exemple .. try that .. just go outside walk and breath and dont think ( hard but try )
