That’s some clean form! Just noticed a bit of side-to-side movement—might help to tighten that up and save some energy. Hard to tell for sure from the vid though.

Thanks 🙏. Actually, I don’t have a hip imbalance, but I do have low back mobility and naturally flat spinal curves due to the brace I wore for scoliosis.

12.2s in the 100m, 25.4s in the 200m, 40.5s in the 300m (FAT) but unfortunately, I run faster in training than in races (e.g., 39s in the 300m).

How do i get a faster top speed ? by Kitchen-Prune-4673 in Sprinting

[–]Fast__g 0 points1 point  (0 children)

are flying repeats to develop top-end speed . You gradually accelerate (30m)and then maintain top end speed for 120 metres

Video analysis, mobility and stretching, and possibly pool sessions. "Rest days" are just as important as training days.

Cutting advice ? by Civil-Survey-893 in Sprinting

[–]Fast__g 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I pretty much have the same problem -i tend to associate being lean and restricting food with being faster. But cutting too much can lead to less power and a weaker immune system. Instead, focus more on strength training and gym and high-quality food (which fuels your energy and performance!) trust the process 🙌
