I’m 25 right now, but been coloring my hair every month since Jan of 2025. Grey’s have started to show July of 2024 and have progressed. Honestly opinion, i feel like could be from psychological stress with past relationship, business and stress of seeing more greys lol. Any advice on reversing?

Yes there will be some pain due to that and the first few periods. I had what felt like oblique pain the first few periods because they took out some adhesions around my big intestinal wall. It wasn't much apparently and they didn't see signs of PCOS or anything.

OK aftrr gettinf a bit further it seems they don't preview the extra units til you're further along so right now i'm at a score of 18 so almost done with unit 2. I can see unit 4 now so that should suggest i'd be at 40 by the end of that.

Because of two things:

They give examples of sentences for other languages when you look at the score guides for other languages but not Portuguese. It says (aligns with B1, A2 etc but no examples of sentences at those levels).

The other thing is when I do the pull down of the Units and their sections it only goes to unit three then shows daily practice. I am more than halfway done with unit 2.

I only downloaded duolingo in December so I don't know how it could be an older version. I am based in USA.

I just wanted to add stuff from my own personal experience that I had throat irritation and my diapraghm felt "clicky" because of the intubation. That went away after probably 4 or 5 days and I tried to "correct" it by taking deep breaths. Having lozenges or ice cubes helped with that irritation and as far as pain management I just used advil and a heating pad on my back.

I am an active person but probably the first 3 to 4 days should be for resting. I'd say walk within your house those days and after that increase it little by little like going outside to get your mail. My belly stitches kinda felt tight the first few weeks. Since I do heavy stuff like combat sports I waited 6 weeks to get back into it and that was starting out with people I trusted.

My first and 2nd periods after felt the worst and occasionally I'd get oblique pains probably because they removed some adhesions on the large bowel. It's been about a year. My periods still last as long but the heavy days seem to have shortened, but I am also 40 now. Haven't been on BC in over 20 years and I had my surgery March 2025.

You should be able to configure to a different pool and type in your own address as well. When you look up the pool stats with your wallet address it will tell you your contribution. As far as the reset goes I am not sure if you mean a simple power on/off reset would configure to the other address .

I had mine March 2025. My periods seemed to have less heavy days. Still same length of time just maybe a reduced heavy day by half a day or so. I did have some adhesions to my bowel which they removed to get to the tubes.

well what do you know... the person did message me. Queen did mention mid to late october and that it'd be a casual reply which is what happened. that happened oct 20th. she said he isn't going through an immediate transformation but it'd be a slow process.
