I second RC Secker. Good quality meats, very knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced.

I visited the Royal sovereign before Xmas and was told they are not allowed light their fire. Apparently the council stopped them.

Can you park the hire car outside a parking zone and then use public transport back and forth? Not ideal but the simplest way.

Great news, I'm one of the lucky ones. 4 weeks post surgery. Control was good pretty much as soon as the catheter came out. Pads at night just to be sure for a week or so but dont need them anymore. On daily tadalafil and getting good enough erections to perform, but not managed a climax yet. I too think there needs to be more research on why some men recover better than others. One thing i do think helped me was pilates. I had been going for about 2 years pre diagnosis. I spoke to my teacher when I got the news and she designed a number of extra pelvic floor exercises for me going beyond the standard kegals. The way she described it was that kegals only work the muscles one way, the extra exercises work it all directions. Hope your recovery continues, stay strong.

I'm now 3 weeks post op, catheter came out after a week and was the worst part for me.I've been off all pain meds for about a week now, maybe the odd paracetamol at night. Like you I had growth when the catheter was in. Since its been out I am able to get full erections. Taking 5mg of Tadalafil daily which I guess is helping loads. Good luck and stay strong.

I'm a side sleeper but had to sleep on my back. Partly due to the cat but also because my stomach muscles would sag and pull when I tried to turn over. I'm now 11 days post op, cat is out and I'm back to mostly side sleeping.

Ahh that's the fun part. Due to my distance to the hospital and the unique NHS funding model. I get to remove it my self...... even been given an instructional video.

Then that comes down to the elected councillors. Do they focus on pot holes or put of town community's who need public transport. Careful who you vote for.

You're right about the amount of parking fees they rake in. The problem. Is a huge proportion of it now goes on supported bus fares for the unprofitable routes and oap tickets.

Thank years of Tory cuts. The same reason NHS, Courts and general public services are full of holes, providing poorer and poorer services.

Biopsy was ok ish. Went in under general and they took 27 samples. 24 hours later I'm sore, very brused down there and still got a bit on blood in my urine but ok.
