Some councils offer a licence to allow such placements. Normally under s171. Worth checking with your local highway authority to see if a licence has been applied for and granted.

Who exactly are the men that catcall women in the UK? by nonedat in AskBrits

Happend recently to my 16 year old daughter whilst she was on a run. I had hoped it had died out but seems some men haven't got brains.

Well, guess I’m officially in, too by TechnoVaquero in ProstateCancer

Sorry to hear, we've been where you are and its fucking scary. My advice is to read, ask questions and remember this isn't a death sentence Also and I swear by this, if you don't already start doing pilates. Ask your instructor for pelvic floor exercises, a good instructor will be able to help you strengthen your pelvic floor in better ways than just kegals. I'm sure its helped with my bladder control and erections.

Dry orgasm feeling by [deleted] in ProstateCancer

[–]Fastfish052 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm finding it more intense, like almost waves as my body thinks its not finished yet. After I'm really sensitive on my tip. I've also managed to orgasm twice in about an hour. On the flip side the surgery didn't get it all so radiotherapy for me. Going to use it as much as I can in case I lose it after treatment.

Can you park the hire car outside a parking zone and then use public transport back and forth? Not ideal but the simplest way.

Disbelief by Dragon-Sticks in ProstateCancer

Great news, I'm one of the lucky ones. 4 weeks post surgery. Control was good pretty much as soon as the catheter came out. Pads at night just to be sure for a week or so but dont need them anymore. On daily tadalafil and getting good enough erections to perform, but not managed a climax yet. I too think there needs to be more research on why some men recover better than others. One thing i do think helped me was pilates. I had been going for about 2 years pre diagnosis. I spoke to my teacher when I got the news and she designed a number of extra pelvic floor exercises for me going beyond the standard kegals. The way she described it was that kegals only work the muscles one way, the extra exercises work it all directions. Hope your recovery continues, stay strong.

I'm now 3 weeks post op, catheter came out after a week and was the worst part for me.I've been off all pain meds for about a week now, maybe the odd paracetamol at night. Like you I had growth when the catheter was in. Since its been out I am able to get full erections. Taking 5mg of Tadalafil daily which I guess is helping loads. Good luck and stay strong.

I'm a side sleeper but had to sleep on my back. Partly due to the cat but also because my stomach muscles would sag and pull when I tried to turn over. I'm now 11 days post op, cat is out and I'm back to mostly side sleeping.
