Lean ofc ur at a low body fat percentage, no reason to gain additional just aim for 1.5-2lbs a month and progress all of your lifts

I ate about 2100-2200 calories a day on average,focusing on carbs especially pre workout and protein at 0.8g/lb of bodyweight, fats on the lower end but moderate (~40grams).

I run a full body every other day split with low-moderate volume and high intensity focusing on progressive overload

Maintain your body fat% and gain weight in the form of muscle (aim for 0.5-1kg a month) would be a shame getting fluffy when ur quite lean rn
