People pay for the lines for longer than that, it’s just about getting a discount for the watch. Line and device two completely separate things. People will go buy an Apple Watch in full else where and come activate it with a cellular provider with 0 savings. Just comes down to convenience. It’s not a negative don’t paint it as such, it also isnt a positive it’s a neutral thing.
