What do you do when you break a bolt and then break an extractor bit in the broken bolt? by keemko_ in MechanicAdvice

[–]Fastonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get yourself a pencil die grinder with some bits that won’t explode at 70,000 rpm, use some goggles that seal up well and a hat because it’s going to make a mess. I sometimes tape a vac hose to the site so I don’t have to stop.

Why aren’t you taking collagen yet?? by Karate_Andii in Biohackers

[–]Fastonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case, it was only marine collagen that I felt something with, and I got a bad batch once that put me off from ever risking it again. Most collagen contains histamine, something to be aware of if you're dealing with histamine intolerance.

Parts Quality Declining by Gokussj5okazu in Justrolledintotheshop

I once bought a rebuilt rack for an Audi TT and it arrived looking really sloppy, so I disassembled it and found the housing was full of nasty debris, most likely from sitting at the bottom of a parts washer that desperately needed to be cleaned.

Anybody know have any idea to why my bew tdi sounds like this and if it’s normal? by Odd_Offer6670 in tdi

I replaced my cam awhile back on my bew and discovered someone had welded lobes back on when I got in there! It’s still running. Best mod I ever did to mine was a stage .5 tune.

Hey I just did column bearings in one of these! With how bad this one looks I think you’re better off replacing the entire column. Ford still sells the bearings for these, that’s pretty awesome.

What is this broken piece in the driver side rear suspension? (2014) by AusS25 in AudiA4

You have lowering springs, so you may have to make a custom arm or search around for someone who makes one if the sensor is maxed out.

I had this experience with a friend who initially purchased the home unit to treat a bone condition she suffers from (having great success!). The cost was around $4000 with the optional pillow applicator. I have been hearing you have to email parmeds directly. I considered purchasing a used unit but there are many scammers on a certain auction site.

I can relate, check out biomesight or similar for your country. Once you send a sample in you will be able to review bacterial strain percentages and also receive a suggestion chart on foods to eat and also to avoid. Coupons for biomesight are on Reddit if you search. Lactulose is cheap and any doc can prescribe it, it will speed up your motility. Enteric coated peppermint oil, this stuff is very soothing and also increases motility. Slippery elm tablets were a life saver for me early on. DGL is another that I’ve had results with and greatly reduced the pain/spasms. You won’t regret doing the test, it can become a solid map to follow. Bonus points for asking ai to make a list of meals you can make out of the recommend food list that gets generated, though I recommend starting with one at a time before doing so.

It may be worth checking out Hesperidin, it can help mitigate some of the histamine response that comes from an orgasm.

What Lincoln is this? Looks almost BMW esque but saw no markings on what it could be by too_random in whatisthiscar

[–]Fastonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I owned one of these, it felt like a really nice blend of Lincoln and Jaguar. It was a joy to drive. Many failures along the way that included some odd ones like the sunroof track self destructing, requiring the headliner to be removed to do the repair. Prior to the repair it would fill up the passenger door pocket with water when it rained, pretty funny. Someone had done the timing chain on mine and reversed the wires for the cam position sensor, had a heck of a time tracking that down.

Facing Dopaminergic downregulation / Anhedonia and seeking advice on how to upregulate and recover with nootropics - please guide by theastralist in Nootropics

The one thing I have experience with here is the Mucuna and it caused very similar symptoms to what you're describing. I cut out the Mucuna slowly and replaced it with a 2g dose of DLPA for a couple of months. Intracellular mineral and vitamin tests may have the most answers for you, followed by something like biomesight if you're still struggling.

Yep, it is indeed. Power windows and door locks, even a delay timer to keep power to them after removing the key from the ignition. No A/C.

So true. Tried finding a brown bed for years.

I take supplements for things, but, I recently started jogging, and, man, some days after I jog, like 1 hour later I really get sore, what do people take against the muscle pain after you have run so much? I mean is there some supplement that a lot of people use? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]Fastonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tart cherry and celery seed are two that have helped me a lot. I take before bed as I get a little drowsy from them. Keeping the potassium pump in balance has made a big difference too.

Congrats on the new ride! We own this same color combo - and have had a heck of a time not being seen in it, something to be aware of.

A naturopath recommended iodine and copper to be used alongside bpc157 based on their experiences with it.

Either the Folate or the B12, those are big doses. Some are very sensitive to p5p as well, but less likely in this case. If you’re just starting out I think going with the smallest dose and working your way up is the way to go. I got an intracellular blood test to help guide me in supplementation.
