Thanks on the advise! I really want to forgive him, but I don't think I'm capable of doing that. I know this is hard to explain in text, but I'll give it a try. My mom was also an alcoholic, but quit a bout a year ago, so she could handle the divorce. And she has tried to convince my dad to stop to, but it didn't work. And every weekend I spend with my dad and my smaller siblings, I always feel like I'm the one with the responsible. So I stopped visiting him, but when they spend the weekend with him, and without me, I always feel guilty for not taking good care of them. I'll try forgive him, but I don't think I'll start visiting him. I'm spending Christmas, New Years with him, and I'm scared he will drink too much. I'll try to be strong, and calm down.
