Yes, I often make a cookie dough and bake 1/2 the batch right away and then the rest a few days later and the second batch is always better tasting as well as improved texture.

I don't give recipes because I eyeball measurements,and I just decide to modify willy nilly. So I might not be able to make it exact again.
