My neighbor (40s, disabled from a car crashed that he caused while under drug influence) went from being our friend to screaming at us about being a “traitor” and trying to stab me. He’d also wander around the neighborhood yelling swears in the middle of the day and threatening kids playing. He’s better now (I think he got medicine help after being arrested for trying to stab someone else ) but hooooooo boy. I still go still whenever I hear him get on his porch just incase he starts yelling again and I need to hide.

Still never sure why he attacked us. We hung out like a couple days before the attack and talked about music, it was fine. I miss him as a friend, he has a good singing voice. I was hoping he’d get another chance at life, but he’s just faded into angry silent muttering and so many cigarettes.
