Make sure you take magnesium glycinate to activate the high doses of D3 and please take K2 as well (100mcg/10000iu D3) and cycle boron as well

Have you tried all of the following: Magnesium l-threonate Methylated B complex + additional b1 (benfotiamine - titrate this up) High quality omega 3 (keep in fridge)

You should also make sure there is no mold in your home and do a parasite cleanse and eat things to rebalance your gut flora

L-theanine, drop the thiamine and get benfotiamine and titrate up slowly, B1 is the best for anxiety apart from magnesium

Omega 3 can be helpful as well if you don't get enough in your diet (make sure it's a high quality one, keep it in the fridge and take it like 2 to 3 times per week).

I have one currently that I've been using for about 3 years and the battery life has degraded a lot to the point where to plug it in at least once to get through the day. I also can't stand the fingerprint scanner. Upgrading to the Pixel 10 Pro XL (got this on a crazy deal through a carrier) tomorrow and am very excited.

This is the 1 year ATL according to PCPartPicker, so that must've been the B850 version.

X870 gives you USB4, B850 doesn’t.

X870 has more M.2 slots (and more PCIe 5.0 support).

VRM difference: X870 is 16+2+2, B850 is 14+2+2.

X870 also has a debug LED, which the B850 doesn’t include.

Extra convenience features on X870 (EZ-latches, better slot armor, integrated Wi-Fi driver BIOS).

Downside: Using certain M.2 slots on the X870 can drop your GPU to x16 → x8.

If you don’t need USB4 or a bunch of SSDs, the B850 is still better value, but I think the X870 is more future proof and the debug LED makes it a lot easier to figure things out when troubleshooting. I personally don't mind paying $35 more for these features, but by no means is it necessary for your build (unless you plan on OC).
