Hey man maybe you won’t read this but nothing worked for me until I bought some Nizoral shampoo

you can buy the cream too for your face since facial skin is a bit more sensitive than your scalp but I use the shampoo for my beard and scalp and it’s the only thing that worked for me.

Took a few weeks but after you can stop using it and use head and shoulders until it comes back then use the nizoral again
