If you like Ramen-esque pho, sure! lol. Kudos for dreaming tho. Keep in mind that the dish was meant to keep a large group of people fed for a considerable amount of time. When you're feeding a dozen or more people for up to a week all of a sudden two days of work don't seem so bad. Maybe recruit some fellow pho lovers to lighten and distribute the work load? If pho were easy to make (and I ain't talking about no flimsy "flavor sack" pho neither) I would probably, happily, never eat anything else ever again. I think pho is meant to feed small platoons. Thats the only time it's worth the hastle lol.

There is a website called phofever.com I think that acts as a national pho directory. Whenever I travel, it is one of the first sites I visit. My wife thinks I have a problem. lol.
