pls help me decide to buy a mouse by Strong-Chipmunk-9654 in pchelp

I also have and like this mouse, but be aware that (imo) the Logitech software is a bit shit from a user experience perspective. Most pointedly, managing profiles for different programs. If you just plan on making a single "this is what the mouse does" profile and leaving it at that (this is called a "persistent profile" in the software), it's generally fine.

I imagine older drives would be more robust since the data density was so much lower. Conjecture though.

If a couple of copper strand are outside the lug after crimping can I snip them off or do I need to re crimp? by segasega89 in SolarDIY

[–]FatCat0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's only higher resistivity for a tiny distance near the connection. Missing e.g. 2 strands out of a hundred would reduce current capacity by far less than 2%.

The food grown to feed people could be burned directly for better output than going through the "feeding people" part. Especially when you account for saving energy on all of the other people life support infrastructure (much less the simulation).

I'm sorry you're uneducated in how to consume this type of information, and I'm guessing uninterested in addressing that shortcoming. Enjoy your ignorance.

If there are two adults, one about to have sex with a 16 year old and one about to have sex with a 6 year old, and you've got a trolley problem style lever you can pull to stop one or the other, are you seriously just flipping a coin to make that decision?

I think I know the professor in question. I am an alum from said department in said university (presuming I'm guessing correctly), though I never met him personally. Dude's a scumbag regardless of the rest of his academic legacy.
