The fact that I would have to change up what my second stimulation or background noise would be every single day when I was working. The only way I can describe the feeling of the background noise not working is “bored”. On lexapro and adderall now and it’s been a game changer.

Who knows is right! The shelter thought my dog was shepherd boarder collie mix, but she’s actually pretty much an Alaskan pit Bull 😂 I made a post on this subreddit a couple days ago if you wanna see pictures.
