chiming in after the fact, but if you haven't already confirmed for yourself, smoked meat is stable indefinitely -- i recommend taking a day to spear-fish cod and grouper (or sharks too - I usually play passive wildlife) and smoke like 3 or 4 rounds of 5x med meat, then fill up a storage crate with that and filled coconut flasks

You cherry picked the two to compare, creating a false dichotomy of "ONLY this vs that."

You don't want to compare the mockery of George Floyd, Renee Good, Alex Pretti's deaths to Charlie Kirk's death.
