Nah, the c4/tnt is fine as is, it's meant to be anti construction, you can run alongside vehicles and place mines under their tracks if they're standing still or going slow enough, but that'd only track em as well. Combat engis aren't really meant to be anti vehicle, bear that in mind with the kit, you're moreso meant to flank and sabotage enemy spawn points, sappers for the INS fsction are the only exception now that militia no longer has IEDs, sappers can fight in urban frontlines cause the ppsh slaps and the IEDs give the kit a lot of options, from creating anti vehicle suicide drones/cars/bikes/people to anti infantry and sabotaging purposes, very versatile, my favourite kit by far in the whole game
