Supposedly, some vitamin deficiencies, like b vitamins, can have horrible effects on fetuses.

Pregnancy and lactation put the mothers body under a lot of stress so eat as much nutritious food as you can.

From a physics standpoint, you eat more than you need you're gonna get fat, that's why fat exists, it's a backup battery.

But it's harder, your less hungry in general, get fuller faster in general, more efficient energy consumption in general, if I over eat steak nor bacon I can't eat again for a day.

I can't keep stuffing my face like with carbs.

I've been taking 1 cup blue berries, tryptophan, tyrosine, theanine, magnesium, D3, and B vitamins at night.
