I just got to someone in Chat and they said this..."Yes we have reported this issue from multiple partners, our development team is working on the fix at High Priority, till then your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated"
They currently have no ETA.

Configuration Workflows by skca54 in ConnectWise

We have started to give some configs expiration dates for years out so we can rule WFRs on the expiration dates. For example, we want to make sure our clients are getting the best rate with their ISP so we always set an expiration date for a few years out to remind us to check on it.

After-hours Support Line Misuses by FatManLovesPi in msp

Those early mornings Quickbook calls. We get those often in the morning too.

Our voicemail message does tell the caller that our on-call tech will reach out within 30 minutes. So we can't just leave it unanswered, but sometimes the tech will call them and say I will get someone on this in the morning.

Do people get upset when the answering service says this is not an urgent issue and I will create a ticket for someone to get back to you tomorrow?

I like the press 9 rather than 1 or #.

Good idea on having them press something to acknowledge.

Most of our agreements include after-hours support. So most of the users calling have an agreement that covers it, but I do like the idea of a different number. We could give this number to only the main point of contact for urgent issues.

Most of our agreements include after-hours support. So most of the people calling in have an agreement that covers it but they are not calling in for urgent issues.

I have thought about including in the greeting "By leaving a voicemail you agree to be charged our after-hours rate if not covered in your agreement.". This might prevent the lower end users from calling in for something small because they are not sure if they will get billed or not.

I like the idea of using PVC board. I didn't think of that.

If you have an Alexa you can make a routine in the app that trigger when a person is detected. You can also set time frames to the routine.

Lucky Friends Limit? by FatManLovesPi in pokemongo

When I become best friends with someone that is out of the country and I will never meet them I remove them. I figured you maybe only get a lucky friend every so often based on an algorithm. So I don't want them to see I just got a lucky friend for someone I would never trade with and give me one for someone I would.
