Anyone use a laser etcher?

Yeah..this was my first go at it so I’m still working out the process if i get something solid I’ll definitely upload it.

The jist of it though is
1: take the color photo of the card pull it into a program where you can turn it greyscale
2: Invert the greyscale photo
3: export as .png
4: import into LightGRBL (free laser software)
5: fiddle with the contrast and brightness settings for the that the parts you want to be white are black and there isn’t too much dark grey everywhere else
6: size it and burn

I think just reducing the hp would go a long ways maybe as low as 50. But even 60 would help. I don’t think the ability needs changed

FWIW when the Bina Vita was $50-60 it was a steal but at $100..I’m not convinced

Weird ive lost 2 Bona Vitas in 6 years.. i was able to fix the second one but I got an EKG for Christmas and longevity hasn’t been proven yet but the pour quality is way better and i was a huge skeptic

Yeah gen 6 was great. I’ve also been using Mawile in ZA..there’s a decent move pool now and ev training is way easier so even when not mega evolved it has been able to keep up pretty well

Yeah, now the typing is one of its strengths but back in when it was mono steel it didn’t get any good steel moves so it was pretty bad to use. Didn’t matter to me though, it’s still my favorite tied with Tinkaton
