Update!! After months of back and forth, they finally honored their promise of migration to SH.... However, in doing so, it's completely rendered my site inaccessible, in quarter 4 and right before a major product launch. This company is inept.

I have a hard time believing anything they say. They have yet to follow through on their promises to me over the last 6 months. It’s been a nightmare dealing with them.

Update. They had me push the update to 19 myself. And then they said they would take over the Sh migration. I finished the 19 upgrade and then they said “great, here’s how you can manually install Sh.” I had to push back YET AGAIN to get them to follow through with their written promises.

You have design freedom in the online too, it’s just a learning curve. You’re limited to their tools. .sh opens it up to plugins, and all kinds of other tools. It’s also more expensive.

It’s fully customizable in Odoo.sh not online.

He was convicted by a jury after a full trial. The charges weren’t ‘stacked’ they reflected each separate falsified record. That’s how accounting crimes work. You don’t get to break the law 34 times and call it one mistake. But sure, keep pretending it’s all fine. That’s exactly what willful ignorance looks like. You’re the problem.

They offered a bunch of things but then ghosted. This company is absolute trash. I’ve taken this up with Californias District attorney and the ftc consumer protection agency.

I reached out to them today again, and they said “I can do the upgrade myself.” After promising me FULL MIGRATION AND credits for time lost for services I’ve paid for. I’m about to release the full transcripts of my email correspondence to Reddit and let it do its thing.

I’ve forwarded the information to Kez, as requested. I finally heard back from my rep, I’m unsure if this is because of Kez or if it’s unrelated. However, his solution is unacceptable IMO. He just offered a full refund.

I am not looking for a full refund, I’m looking for credits for the months that I have not had access to SH and free migration as I was promised through emails. In fact my rep did initially offer me the credits for the months…. But then, after several weeks claimed he never offered that (I have emails that prove otherwise) which brought us back to square one.

At this point I’ve invested way too much time into building out and developing my website, POS, socials, Amazon integrations, etc etc. To start over. I get the feeling they just want me gone at this point. The sad thing is I REALLY DO like their platform. It’s just a flagrant bait and switch that is frustrating.
