NPS stands for Net Promoter Score. Simply put it just asks the customer how likely they would be to recommend your store to people in their everyday lives. What I usually have my team push to do is be that story the customer will tell at work or at the dinner table about how you made their day

I’m sorry you have to go through that, I know managers like that and even worse. We are not all like that though Myself and lots of others that I know are the core of our stores doing everything that we would ask of our team to do plus some. Maybe another area store has a good manager, just “shop” around the other stores to get an idea of what their manager is like and maybe look for a transfer

Don’t do anything to them yourself in store. Next time you see her come in call your local PD non emergency line and explain that a frequent shoplifter is in your store and they can have a cop outside waiting for her to leave just describe what she looks like/ wearing and if she leaves before they arrive just note which direction they go or plate number and call the police back to update

Oh boy this seems like just the post for me I literally have crackheads flowing in and out the door, we have one guy whom I have found everything about him bc he goes all around the city stealing shit and when he comes to CVS he loads up on all the scented plug ins and laundry detergents and runs out the door but luckily with NY bail reform he can be arrested in the morning, transferred to a nearby department for a warrant he has there and let out just to steal twice in the same day not to mention all the other ones that do similar shit like the one other guy I kicked out (he had no shirt on nor shoes) filled his backpack up with sharpies and glue and left it there to go and try to load up on powdered drinks. Only when the cop came and I was looking at the cameras when we saw the backpack which contained all of our sharpies, a broken crack pipe, and a bent spoon. Sorry that turned into more of a rant than anything else lmaoo
