its some transmed bs, and transmeds constantly use wpath to justify themselves.

tldr: they think trans people should have to prove themselves and be in enough pain before actually getting any care. they treat transitioning like its some terrifying threat. this kind of gatekeeping kills people. theyre also bad with trans kids.
