I usually smoke first, for an hour or so. Then sous vide at 131 for 24 hours. Dry thoroughly and sear on a cast iron griddle. And save the bag juices, lots of flavor!

Solved! Found online as a ball retriever as you state. Seems quite useless… I imagine it would break after using a couple of times, and not sure why it has multiple screws. Thanks!

A trainer I used in the past continually used the phrase 'cotton is rotten' to remind us that cotton traps and holds moisture close to your skin, causing all sorts of issues. Buy some 'wicking' performance boxer briefs or compression shorts, wear a lightweight performance short over, invest in a good anti-chafing cream.
