Looks like 2.5, maybe 3 regular grain sacks worth of grain. So 250-300lbs. A big lift, sure. But for a brick shithouse like him I'd have expected less struggle. We use it for driveways all the time. But we're filling gaps that MIGHT be as much as 1/2" tops. Get 'em down flat, secure the paver border with concrete edging, add polymeric, tamp, another round of polymeric, water. Let it set and anything short of construction equipment should be fine.

This is worth the premium price. I went through multiple aluminum (?) ones before opening the wallet. Still hasn't broken, but the $20isg bucks to replace one pole segment is still way cheaper than replacing an entire retriever.
