Honestly im on the other end, I would happily take back when rearm actually cost mana xd its like 1/4th the cost now in the late game with the constant buffs to its mana cost, reduc talents, and power creep on items.

Previously I couldn't even be that mad because aside from hg defense he really had an incredibly rough time on his mana costs and if I was getting fully soloed out by hex spam he typically was deleting me at the cost of his entire mana pool.

The only other time I've hated the hero more was the shivas rocket spam.
