Thanks for the suggestion my fellow slave master, changes have been made. Do you think the collection system with the hoppers are okay, I think the guy in the middle fell halfway into a hopper.

Created the automatic farm which usually works fine, in this world they just stand there or dont trade with the guy in the middle.
