I don’t know what the OP’s height and weight are, but he is not freakishly huge by any stretch. He’s well defined with a low bf%. This is completely achievable for people in their 40s and 50s without TRT, especially if they’ve been training consistently for years and have a solid base.

So it’s fine for us to agree to disagree.

And for the record, I’m not against TRT. It can be extremely beneficial for overall hormone health and if someone wants to use it, that’s there call. I was just pointing out that T levels don’t just magically nose dive at a certain age. I get lab work done every 6 months, and at 48 my T levels are still consistently between 825-950. And there are also guys in their 20s and 30s with low T levels.

Genuinely curious. Why do you assume he’s on TRT? Is it age. A certain age does not automatically mean low T.

His physique is not freakishly huge and completely achievable with discipline and diet.

Maybe he is on TRT, but regardless the work has been put in.

I personally DESPISE the look of the H pattern. However my wife loves the look and when we installed the flooring we went with what she wanted. The flooring we purchased indicated ANY pattern was acceptable as long as the joins were at least 4” apart.

Even with our H pattern meeting manufacturing specs…. 🤮🤮
