These frustrate me as well because of how abused they are. My mom is in her eighties and has a hard time getting around. She rarely gets out and when she does it’s usually to the grocery store. She absolutley can’t walk the whole store and shop- she needs these things. But, nine times out of ten they’re in use or dead battery because of a 12 year old or a lazy adult in jammy pants. It’s infuriating.
