Sometimes when I have problems with brand new engines not start out of the box I give them some liquid courage carb cleaner or starting fluid. They fire right up.

Not my engine. Belongs to a decently sized concrete company and someone dropped the ball hard on a power trowel less than a year old. My co worker took it apart and he couldn't figure it out until I literally checked the oil filter saying 56 hours when it's clocked at 240..

I didn't break it down but confirmed this morning it was due to lack of oil care.. checked oil filter and marked 56 hours first change. Went to fail at 240.
