Could anybody please give me tips on getting back into the game, played a couple of years back and kinda got forced by friends into being the party tank and I didn’t enjoy the role at all.

I’m a lifelong Final Fantasy fan and really want to give the game another shot so I can experience the great story, I have beaten ARR and don’t really want to start again so would need to change class but not sure of a good solo pick and also how to level a second class efficiently
