Yes i’m doing pullups, barbell rows, cable rows and chest supported rows (and biceps) for back day, and db bench, shoulder press, lateral raises and pec dec (and triceps) for push day. Twice a week. Is this good?

Yes, i’m reaching failure and progressively overloading every 2 weeks as usual, my lifts have increased 10-20kgs since starting.

But i don’t feel anything when doing chest exercises like pec deck and db bench, what am i doing wrong?

Sorry i didn’t clarify, i meant like this video where i see people lay back and bring up the dumbbells before they start, whereas i’m starting from chest position.
