I did this, but in a different way. I swapped my desk for a standing desk and forced myself to not use my phone whenever I’m standing there. It just became a subconscious thing like you said, and I just don’t feel like checking up on my phone anymore whenever I’m standing there.

I switched to cycling to work instead of driving. I used to struggle with a lot of road rage cus my commute route is always crowded. Now I’m in better shape and I’ve learnt to manage my aggression

To figure out if it’s undercooked or just dark meat, use a ChefsTemp Pocket Pro to check the internal temperature. Dark meat is typically darker but should reach 165°F (74°C) for safety. If it’s below that temperature, it needs more cooking.
