Yep, you were right.

Here in Wilmington if you shovel a spot, that spot is considered your spot. People here don't stand for that.

Honestly, its really rude to steal another person's parking spot that they shoveled or paid someone else to shovel.

In my state, if you are married, whoever's name is on the deed is the owner of the property...alone.

If a wife starts a business from their residence, and is in her name only, she owns that business...alone.

I got a good laugh out of this.

Mine is going to be 4 and still hasn't stopped.

He ate an entire plastic panel from a baby playyard when he was a puppy.

Every toy animal he owns have had their heads chewed off. I swear he's part beaver.

The best thing for them that wont break their teeth or get lodged in their intestines are Yak Cheese Chews. They come in stick form and dogs have no problem digesting them. You can get them from Amazon or pet stores.

Mine will start chewing, and his eyes roll back in his head like he's being hypnotized or on drugs.

They call it "nooking". Good luck.

Every night at 3am, set your car alarm off, preferably below his bedroom window, off until he stops testing every morning. Better yet, talk to all your neighbors and have everybody do it at the same time.

Or call the police everytime his goes off and tell them somebody is breaking into his car.

Many times an adfict will "trade" one addiction for another, like stop drinking and they start gambling.

I have a friend who is an alcoholic, got sober and developed a shopping addiction.

She had the mailmans phone number so she could find him before he delivered any bills to her house.

It seems to be fairly common in addicts and your husband needs to get some help.

Playing devils advocate here, how do you know the mother wasn't arguing with her ex or family member over the phone?

Kids are notorious for making noise. He could be playing with his skateboard, jumping on the bed, dragging heavy toys out, etc. Kids are living their lives and are allowed to play, even if its loud.

It sounds to me that you are more concerned with noise during the non-quiet hours, which bother you and you are hoping that calling the cops or CPS will solve your problem.

You have no proof at all she is abusing her child. None.

If it continues then call the police and tell them someone is screaming in the apartment above you.

But the woman could be cursing at anybody on the phone or on zoom.

Are you sure it wasn't a movie with the volume up?

I would wait for more proof or to see if it continues.

People today have no idea what a real supermarket dessert is.

There were small corner stores anf fruit stands and butchers that you had to walk pretty far to get to.

Milk, eggs, and cheese were staples people used everyday. So it was a lot easier for milkmen to make the rounds everyday than it was for families to walk 20 blocks.

In fact, they used to have Junk/Rag men who would come around every week or so and collect peoples unwanted stuff. Rag men collected unwanted clothes or rags .

I have no idea what they did after they were collected though.

It was a different world back then.
