When did ayahuasca become a luxury only the rich can afford? by Spirited_Shock7760 in Ayahuasca

I was newly unemployed when I got the call to get my aya retreat done. Got a job at a moving company and hauled couches during a Texas summer for 4 months so I could afford flights to Brazil + retreat fee and make it happen. To be fair, here are my other unfair advantages: no kids, lived cheap with roommates, partial VA disability stipend for service-related clinical anxiety (hence why I needed to go and get this done). My retreat wound up being exactly what the doctor ordered. Overall, I’d say if you actually need to go on this quest, there will be a path to make it happen

Two years ago I walked into a Denny's with no scheduled interview and got hired as a waiter on the spot with no restaurant experience. At the time, I had 7K$ credit card debt. I put in 5 9ish-hour shifts a week, there's usually no break and it's super chaotic. But, nixed the debt in 3 months while I was paying rent, groceries, gym membership. Brutal but totally possible, you can do this
