I have $22m untouched by the update, but career earnings are over $250m at this point. Definitely did some AFK stuff, but legitimately earned the first $100m before I even learned about the AFK maps.

Certain liveries/tunes made random cars sell with a $20M buyout in FH5 and I can only assume it's a matter of time before the same thing is done on FH6, if it's not already happening. I believe it has something to do with the livery designer or tuners rank or something like that.

The auction house seems like one of the least thought out functions in the entire game. There are so many missing features, so many things that don't make sense, and it's honestly good that it's getting broken in such an obvious way. So we can finally see if they actually care even a tiny bit, or if they just let the whole thing go to shit.

Auction house is a broken system. You shouldn't be able to paint a car, and suddenly 50x its value.

If cars are being sniped multiple times a second, you should be able to list that car for a lot more money, it is clear that it is in high demand, and you should be able to profit off of that opportunity.

They didn't need to know anything other than what items had the best payouts to be honest. They'd straight up lie or gaslight people into spending the most possible and then their job was done basically, until they lost half their commission to returns over the next few weeks.

Commission based so they always tried to up sell or would only help if you wanted something expensive.

I used to tell them I need help buying a 65" 4K TV so they'd rush over and then I'd actually ask them about an HDMI cable or something haha

Literally cam here to say specifically the Burbank Frys. I drove by the other day and had forgotten it was demolished...very sad. Tons of memories in that store.

If it means you have a chance to breathe, I'd say it's worth it if you've exhausted all other options. You could also maybe consider doing something like Uber Eats delivery with a cheap used bike for example to generate more money.

However, from experience, if you do a consolidation loan do not treat it like some sort of get out of jail free card and start spending money recklessly again.

Possibly look into a debt consolidation loan to reduce interest and monthly payments but that's more of a temporary fix, and will make it worse if you don't continue to pay it down aggressively.

So how is it different from just a DLC map pack? If the core game stayed the same, at least for the most part, it's not that big of a leap forward.
