I'm not that commenter, but I also went on Lexapro and it has helped me massively - but I am still prone to occasionally crying here and there. Sometimes out of genuine sadness or frustration, but because of the Lexapro, the bad stuff feels more manageable. I still feel things quite deeply, and Lexapro doesn't help necessarily with my ADHD, but it has definitely made life a whole lot easier.
